Backwash Work Of Coal Water Treatment System

Backwash start and stop operation steps:

1 Confirm that the coal water treatment water equipment has stopped working
2 Open the slime water purifier backwash inlet valve, mud valve.
3 Start backwash pump until slime water purifier drain valve starts to drain water.
4 Stop the backwash pump, close the slime water purifier backwash inlet valve, mud valve.
5 Slowly open the backwash pump when the following three conditions, the coal slurry for back washing

Coal For Water Purification

1) To purify the regular coal slurry backwash time (set 360 hours to wash once);
2) Coal slurry purifier No. 3 monitoring faucet water turbidity;
3) Water flowing through the return pipe of the coal waste water purifier.
4）The water turbidity for a long time can not meet the design requirements of water quality.

Note: When the sewage pipe discharges, only the clear water is discharged, and when the sludge is not
discharged, the purifier should be stopped immediately, and the purifier drain valve should be opened to the
maximum to carry out the sludge discharge.
